My room mate bought Insanity the workout program by the same folks that do P90X, so I’m going to join him. Today was the first day, 59 more to go. We took before pictures, so that we can send them in with our after pictures and get a free t-shirt. After we documented the before, we did day 1’s workout which was a fitness test. I don’t know if it was lack of sleep or water or what, but I damn near passed out 3/4 of the way through. I guess that’s a sign this was overdue.
Now before you ask to see me shirtless picture, stop. The answer is no. We’ll see how I feel about it in 59 days.
